In matters of construction litigation and appellate law, Leon F. Mead II represents those in the Las Vegas, Nevada, area. A graduate of Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, Mr. Mead has been recognized for since 2006 by Chambers USA as a tier 1 construction litigator. The only practicing lawyer to be elected to the Nevada Contractors Association’s board of directors, he was recently appointed to the executive committee of the organization. Handling matters of LEED certification/green building compliance, construction claims, construction defense defect, bid protests, professional licensing, negotiation and implementation, and contract preparation, Mr. Mead is well-versed, knowledgeable and experienced in Las Vegas construction law.
