Details

I'm a Partner in Lee Kiefer & Park LLP's Litigation Practice Group and an AV rated Martindale-Hubbell attorney. I've also been recognized by my peers as a "Super Lawyer" in various editions of Mountain States Super Lawyers, and credited by Nevada Business Magazine as one of Nevada's "Legal Elite."

I have an active trust and estate litigation practice, representing both fiduciaries and beneficiaries in significant disputes. I also devote a substantial portion of my practice to litigating a wide variety of tort claims, commercial disputes and product liability matters. I've represented a broad spectrum of corporate clients in contract actions, employment and labor issues, product defect allegations, and civil rights matters. I am licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in both Nevada and New Mexico. I am also licensed to practice law in Washington State (inactive).

I hold a B.A. in Public Relations from Brigham Young University (BYU). While in law school at the University of Southern California (USC), I was the Managing Editor of an honors journal, the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice. I also completed a challenging dual degree during my second and third years of law school, earning my M.A. in Communication Law and Public Policy from the USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism.

I was recently recognized for my commitment to pro bono service at the annual John P. Frank Pro Bono Awards Luncheon, and at the annual awards ceremony for the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada.
