Michael R. Kalish

Michael R. Kalish is a seasoned real estate attorney with over a decade of experience in navigating complex commercial transactions. Known for his business-centered approach, Michael provides pragmatic and strategic advice, delivering tailored solutions to help clients achieve their goals.

Michael focuses his practice on a wide range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leasing, and land use matters. He has advised premier gaming resorts and private equity firms on significant deals, showcasing his ability to manage high-stakes transactions with precision and creativity. As in-house corporate counsel for a renowned wine producer, Michael led the acquisition of more than 500 acres of vineyards and wineries, and three premium wine brands, demonstrating his skill in aligning legal strategies with business objectives.

Beyond his professional achievements, Michael is deeply committed to giving back to the community. He regularly volunteers with the Ask-A-Lawyer program for the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada, which recognized him as a Volunteer of the Month for his impactful contributions.  Additionally, he is a member of NAIOP's Community Service Committee and frequently volunteers with the committee to help the unhoused, at-risk youth, and vulnerable children in Las Vegas.  Michael has also served as a Director on the Board of Directors of the nonprofit Las Vegas – Clark County Library District Foundation.
