Molly S. Rosenblum

Molly Rosenblum is the Owner and Founding Attorney of Rosenblum Allen Law Firm, a Nevada-based family law firm representing clients statewide in complex divorce, high-conflict custody, and contested family law litigation.

A Nevada native, Molly grew up in Las Vegas and graduated from Valley High School. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno, before obtaining her Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV, where she graduated cum laude. During law school, Molly was a member of Law Review, Moot Court, and the Public Interest Lawyers Association, and received the Dean’s Award for Academic Performance.

Molly began her legal career clerking for the Honorable Phillip Pro, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, gaining invaluable insight into judicial decision-making and trial strategy. She later trained under respected trial attorney J. Mitchell Cobeaga, where she developed a strong foundation in courtroom advocacy and complex litigation.

In 2005, Molly founded Rosenblum Allen Law Firm with the mission of delivering high-level family law representation across the State of Nevada. The firm is known for handling complex, contested, and high-asset family law cases, including matters involving business ownership, significant assets, relocation disputes, and post-judgment litigation.

Throughout her career, Molly has tried numerous family law cases to verdict, earning a reputation as a trial-ready family law attorney who prepares every case as if it will be decided in the courtroom. She currently leads one of the most successful family law practices in Nevada, representing clients statewide with a strategic, results-driven approach.

Outside the practice of law, Molly is an accomplished endurance athlete, having completed multiple marathons and Ironman competitions, including Ironman Arizona, Ironman Santa Rosa, and Ironman St. George. She considers her greatest accomplishment to be her family, especially her two children.
