Attorney Peter S. Christiansen of Christiansen Law Offices in Las Vegas, Nevada, focuses his practice on criminal defense and personal injury law. Admitted to practice law since 1994, Mr. Christiansen is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. He earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of California, San Diego, and his law degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law in Laramie, Wyoming, graduating with honors.
In addition to his law practice, Mr. Christiansen has been death penalty-qualified under Nevada Supreme Court Rule 250 since 1998. He previously spoke on the topic of criminal defense for the National Business Institute and participated in the Clark County Volunteer Lawyers Program.
Mr. Christiansen is a member of several professional organizations, including a Fellowship with the American College of Trial Lawyers, a Fellowship with the American Bar Foundation, the Clark County Bar Association, Nevada Attorneys for Criminal Justice and the Nevada Justice Association and the American Bar Association.
