Robert Cerceo

Attorney Robert Cerceo is a partner with the Naimi Cerceo Law Group in Las Vegas, Nevada. An attorney since 1994, Mr. Cerceo has focused on family law since 1999, and he has served as a litigator, mediator and arbitrator for complex family law issues throughout Clark and Washoe counties as well as a pro tem hearing master for numerous juvenile law cases.

A highly rated and successful family law attorney, Mr. Cerceo holds the distinction of being one of only a handful of attorneys in the state to hold certification as a family law specialist by the State Bar of Nevada while also being inducted as a fellow into the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the International Academy of Family Lawyers.

Dedicated and compassionate, Mr. Cerceo handles only a few select cases at a time to ensure he provides the personalized counsel and one-on-one attention his clients deserve. Throughout his career, he has earned a reputation for his tenacious advocacy, straightforward advice and creative approach to helping his clients achieve the favorable outcomes they seek.

His unwavering commitment to his practice has earned him numerous awards and honors, including a Martindale-Hubbell Distinguished* rating, and he has received several awards for the selfless volunteer legal services he has provided to those less fortunate throughout the state from the State Bar of Nevada, Administration of Courts and Nevada Legal Services.  

After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Rutgers University, Mr. Cerceo worked in a variety of industries before returning to his alma mater and obtaining his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in 1994. The State Bar of Nevada admitted him to practice that same year, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Cerceo is a member of the Washoe County Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Nevada, and he regularly conducts lectures and seminars across his region on a variety of topics related to family law.
