Talitha Gray Kozlowski has been a formidable presence in the legal field since 2004, focusing her practice on complex Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases and related adversary proceedings. Throughout her career, she has primarily represented high net worth individuals and corporate debtors across a diverse array of industries. Notably, she played a pivotal role in the reorganization of a critical rural Nevada hospital, and her strategic leadership was instrumental in prosecuting a significant involuntary bankruptcy proceeding, resulting in a non-dischargeable judgment worth more than $10 million.
