Upon graduating cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in political science, philosophy and law from the University of Southern California, Mr. Masters pursued his legal studies. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law as a Dean’s Merit Scholarship recipient in 2017 and gained admission to the State Bar of Nevada in the same year.

Starting his career as an in-house counsel for the University Medical Center of Southern Nevada, Mr. Masters navigated complex regulatory matters for the center. He handled Medicare and Medicaid compliance, insurance billing, hospital accreditation, and other matters related to medical insurance. Additionally, he oversaw and litigated cases pertaining to patient accounting disputes, physician credentialing, medical malpractice, and premises liability. Today, he brings his extensive experience in health care to his practice in personal injury, along with a commitment to achieving suitable outcomes for his clients.

With nearly 10 years of experience in the legal profession, Mr. Masters shows a strong sense of responsibility in his practice. He stands by his client throughout the entire process of litigation and uses his experience with insurance providers and healthcare to ensure they receive appropriate compensation.
