William “Bud” Stoddard, Jr.

William “Bud” Stoddard Jr. is a distinguished attorney at Albright, Stoddard, Warnick & Albright, Las Vegas, Nevada, having joined the firm in 2006 after his tenure at the Los Angeles office of a major international law firm. His practice is extensive, serving clients across various industries, including construction, mining, health care, finance, retail and hospitality. He skillfully handles a broad array of legal matters ranging from commercial transactions, real estate, stock and asset-based transactions, to financing transactions and employment law matters. 

Providing strategic advice to employers on policy issues and litigation, Mr. Stoddard handles proceedings before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Nevada Equal Rights Commission, as well as in state and federal courts. His portfolio also includes representing a select group of personal injury clients and excelling in land use and zoning matters, where he has successfully secured numerous federal and state governmental approvals and licenses, such as Nevada gaming licenses and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) subdivision approvals.

Previously, Mr. Stoddard served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Judge Robert C. Broomfield in Arizona from 2002 to 2004, followed by a role at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Nevada. His fluency in Spanish enhances his capability to serve a diverse array of clients effectively.
