William J. O'Grady

William J. O'Grady is the managing partner and the founder of O’Grady Law Group, located in Las Vegas, Nevada. He devotes his practice to representing clients who have been the victims of fraud by the timeshare companies. In the legal field for over 18 years, he has immense experience helping timeshare buyers through his fierce advocacy both inside and outside the courtroom.

Mr. O’Grady has been representing clients nationwide who are the victims of timeshare fraud for years. He has been able to achieve favorable results for his clients against all the major timeshare developers. Achieving settlements and refunds where others have failed. 

Graduating from the University of Southern California, Mr. O'Grady has a Bachelor of Arts degree in international relations. He went on to pursue law at the Gonzaga University School of Law and obtained his doctorate in jurisprudence in 2006.

An active affiliate within his legal community, Mr. O'Grady is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, the Nevada Justice Association, the National Association of Consumer Advocates and the American Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in Nevada and before the United States District Court for the District of Nevada and the Supreme Court of Nevada.

Mr. O'Grady has received much recognition for his exemplary work. Some of these include being listed on the Legal Elite by the Nevada Business Magazine and being named to the list of Platinum Client Champion through Martindale-Hubbell. He also has received the Client’s Choice Award and a “Superb” rating on Avvo.
