William J. O'Grady is the managing partner and the founder of O’Grady Law Group, located in Las Vegas, Nevada. He devotes his practice to representing clients with timeshare, commercial real estate and residential real estate matters. In the legal field for over 15 years, he has immense experience helping timeshare buyers through his fierce advocacy both inside and outside the courtroom.

Serving clients in Las Vegas, Nevada, as well as nationwide, Mr. O'Grady has represented clients such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citi Bank, Chase and Greentree, to name a few. He has also taken on cases that involve landlord-tenant, construction litigation, insurance litigation, property management disputes, evictions and personal injury matters.

Graduating from the University of Southern California, Mr. O'Grady has a Bachelor of Arts degree in international relations. He went on to pursue law at the Gonzaga University School of Law and obtained his doctorate in jurisprudence in 2006.

An active affiliate with his legal community, Mr. O'Grady is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, the Nevada Justice Association, the National Association of Consumer Advocates and the American Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in Nevada and before the United States District Court for the District of Nevada and the Supreme Court of Nevada.

Mr. O'Grady has received much recognition for his exemplary work in the consumer protection and real estate field. Some of these include being listed on the Legal Elite by the Nevada Business Magazine and being named to the list of Platinum Client Champion through Martindale-Hubbell.
