Geraldine Tomich

Geri Tomich is an accomplished attorney whose practice focuses on asset protection, estate planning, probate, estate and gift taxation, business entity formation, and other related trust and estate matters. She brings a sophisticated, client-centered approach to helping individuals, families, and business owners preserve wealth, plan for the future, and navigate complex legal and tax considerations. Ms. Tomich earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. She also holds a Juris Doctor degree from Gonzaga University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. A respected speaker and author, Ms. Tomich presents educational seminars for the community on estate planning, probate avoidance, and business succession planning, and has contributed articles to local publications. She is also deeply committed to community service and leadership, including her role as board chair of Nevada Community Foundation and Baller Dream Foundation.

Born and raised in Manila, Philippines, Ms. Tomich moved with her family to Las Vegas in 1990 and has proudly called the community home ever since. Outside of her practice, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, Rick, and their son, Jake, as well as their extended family and close friends.
