Jacqueline Bretell

With nearly 15 years of experience, Jacqueline Bretell utilizes her shrewd legal acumen and talents, combined with her expansive legal knowledge, to help her clients in their pressing personal injury cases. The CEO and partner at Bighorn Law in Las Vegas, Nevada, she handles all aspects of personal injury law, including motor vehicle accidents, truck collisions, pedestrian accidents, premises liability and wrongful death, as well as workers’ compensation law.

Ms. Bretell completed her undergraduate studies in 2008, graduating with her Bachelor of Science degree in political science from the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga. She later went on to attend Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law, where she honed her legal prowess through numerous affiliations with student organizations such as the Association of Women Law Students and the Student Bar Association, the latter of which she served as president. She received her Juris Doctor in 2011, and in the same year, she obtained her license to practice law in Nevada.

Early on in her career, Ms. Bretell worked for a prominent insurance defense firm, where she saw the tactics insurance companies and their legal teams use to ensure payouts are delayed or reduced. She uses her insider knowledge to give her clients the peace of mind they need during this difficult time in their lives.
