Kimberly B. Mason

A skilled general litigation attorney at Morgan & Morgan’s Bedford, New Hampshire, office, Kimberly B. Mason has been passionately protecting the rights and best interests of her clients for nearly a decade. She helps with a wide variety of legal matters, including family law, estate planning, intellectual property (IP), employment law and Social Security Disability. She also handles class actions and mass torts.

A seasoned e-discovery attorney, Ms. Mason is well-versed in carrying out duties related to researching and extracting electronic legal information. Early in her career, she gained extensive knowledge litigating and mediating complex family legal cases as part of a renowned Concord, New Hampshire, law firm. She also worked as an IP paralegal with a concentration on patent and trademark prosecution. These experiences give her a rare legal perspective and sensitivity to her clients’ situations.

Graduating in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Davis, Ms. Mason completed her master’s degree in political science at Villanova University in 2006. She received her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in 2013. While in law school, she was a fellow of the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Program and served as a law clerk at the Suffolk County Superior Court, the Boston Municipal Court and the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office.

First admitted to practice in all the state courts of Massachusetts in 2013, Ms. Mason obtained her license to practice law in the state and federal courts of New Hampshire in 2019. She is actively affiliated with legal associations such as the Women's Bar Association of Massachusetts, the New Hampshire Bar Association and the New Hampshire Women's Bar Association.

When it comes to giving back, Ms. Mason focuses her efforts on serving her community. As a panelist and volunteer attorney for the Massachusetts Legal Answers Online – a virtual legal advice clinic of the American Bar Association – she answers legal questions posted by low-income Massachusetts residents who cannot afford lawyers. She also serves as a judge for moot court competitions in local schools.
