- Represented the estate of a twenty-four-year-old in a wrongful death claim who was driving his motorcycle home from work when he was struck from behind by a car. Client's estate received $1,075,000
- Represented two state prison guards who filed suit after they were accused by two fellow guards of hitting an inmate. They were fired from their jobs at the state prison after an internal investigation. Our clients eventually won their jobs back. After a 5 day trial, the jury awarded the plaintiffs almost $2 million. The cases were settled after appeal
- Represented 38 town employees in a lawsuit against their employer, Town of Merrimack for the termination of their pension plan. After the Town unsuccessfully moved for dismissal, a bench trial was held to determine damages. The successful employees and a related case were awarded or received a total of $259,000.00
- Represented a former executive of a company who had an employment contract. The employer refused to pay his vacation pay and bonuses. Award after a hearing on a wage claim before the New Hampshire Department of Labor. Client was awarded $300,000.00
