Robin Melone

Robin D. Melone is a respected litigator, negotiator, and client counselor with over 20 years of experience representing defendants and victims in the criminal legal system.  She has represented thousands of clients and tried more than 100 cases to state and federal juries. After a decade with the NH Public Defender, Robin entered the private sector where her practice included representation of reporting and responding parties in Title IX and other conduct proceedings through NH and MA.  In 2018, Robin completed training as a trauma-informed civil rights investigator.

Robin is a nimble and unflappable advocate.  Her broad experience makes her an excellent advocate for clients who need an attorney in a high-stakes criminal case, spouses in high conflict divorces, employees starting or ending a work relationship, and employees or educational institutions who need a neutral investigator.
