Mr. List has been admitted to practice in New Hampshire since 2015, and he is additionally admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit in Boston.
Many of Mr. List’s clients are people who have valid employment claims against their current, past or prospective employers. He has litigated many cases in both state and federal court. His cases have involved wrongful termination, violation of the Whistleblowers' Protection Act, and discrimination covered by multiple federal laws such as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Pregnancy Discrimination Act. After the Defendant filed meritless counterclaims, Attorney List withdrew the Plaintiff's initial settlement offer of $170,000.00, and litigated the case for more than a year and a half. After Attorney List discovered a forged document and fabricated evidence, he retained a forensic document examiner and blew the lid off of the entire case.
