Tracey Goyette Cote

Tracey G. Cote is a shareholder and director with Shaheen & Gordon in Concord, NH where she concentrates her practice on divorce and family law. She serves on the Management Committee for Shaheen & Gordon and is chair of the firm’s Domestic Relations Practice Group. Tracey represents clients statewide in all aspects of domestic relations, including divorce, collaborative divorce, the valuation and division of assets including businesses, trust interests, and real estate, parental rights and responsibilities, post-divorce modifications of child support and alimony, and interstate custody and child support. She is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the University of Maryland School of Law. Tracey practiced law as a tax attorney at McGuireWoods LLP and Ropes & Gray before joining Shaheen & Gordon. Prior to that, she was a law clerk for Judge Frances Murnaghan of the US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Tracey is a member of the Virginia and NH Bar Associations, and is admitted to practice before the US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the US District Court-NH. In addition, she is a member of the NHBA’s Family Law Section, the NH Women’s Bar Association and the Collaborative Law Alliance of NH.  Tracey is also a member of the NHBA’s Committee on Cooperation with the Courts.
