He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar Association in 1995 and the New Hampshire Bar Association in 2009, and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Districts of New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Mr. Testa is an active member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR) and the National Association of Disability Representatives (NADR), as well as the New Hampshire Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association.
