A 1974 graduate of Hamilton College, Mr. Hage obtained his Juris Doctor from the Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1978. He holds his license to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts, and he is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire and the District of Massachusetts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st and Federal Circuits, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Hage is an active member of the American Bar Association's Intellectual Property Section and the Intellectual Property Section of the New Hampshire Bar Association. He also serves on the New Hampshire Association for Justice's board of governors, and he is a member of the American and New Hampshire Associations for Justice, the Litigation Counsel of America and the New Hampshire High Tech Council. He also serves on the grants committee for the New Hampshire Bar Foundation Interest on Lawyers Trust Accounts.
