Mr. Marr’s creditors’ rights practice has involved his representation of banks and other lending institutions and secured creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, debt restructuring, workouts, commercial landlord disputes, and collections. In addition to his business litigation experience, he has appeared on behalf of clients before probate courts in matters involving will disputes and fiduciary duty breaches.
