Joseph W. Kenny

As director at Hamblett & Kerrigan, PA, Joseph W. Kenny represents clients in the greater Nashua, New Hampshire, area, along with southern and central New Hampshire. His legal practice is focused on taxation law, trust and estate administration, and estate planning. Mr. Kenny is admitted to practice in Maine, Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court, the United States Court of Appeals, the United States District Court and the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire.

At Boston College, he earned a Bachelor of Arts before attending New England Law | Boston and graduating with a Juris Doctor. Mr. Kenny then returned to school to earn a Master of Science from Northeastern University, a Master of Business Administration from Boston University and a Master of Laws in Taxation.

He is a member of the Nashua Bar Association, the New Hampshire Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Mr. Kenny is also involved as a member of the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants, and he serves on the Board of Directors for the Nashua Center for the Arts. His community service extends to membership in the Rotary Club of Nashua and on the Board of Bishop Guertin High School.
