As the founding attorney of Schreiber Law, LLC, located on the Massachusetts/New Hampshire border in Salem, New Hampshire, Jeffrey A. Schreiber devotes his legal practice to the creditor rights of lenders, debt buyers, and issuers of credit and bank cards.  He also concentrates his practice in business litigation and general corporate law matters.  In addition to the MA/NH office, the law firm has offices in CT, ME, and VT. Mr. Schreiber primarily represents global financial institutions in all the courts of New England. The cases that Mr. Schreiber accepts include consumer and commercial collections. Mr. Schreiber is an active participant in numerous professional organizations, including the American Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, ACA International, DBA International and the American Bankruptcy Institute. He is also a member of The National Creditors Bar Association and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys. He has written extensively on topics related to his practice areas published in Inside ARM, Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, the Boston Business Journal, the New York State Bar Association Journal, and Medical Trial Technique Quarterly.
