Nicholas J. Waltman

At the law firm of Fredson, Statmore Bitterman, LLC attorney Nicholas J. Waltman focuses 100% of his practice on litigating cases in New Jersey state courts. He is also licensed to practice in New York state courts and before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and he serves clients in the metropolitan areas of Newark, Jersey City, Bergen-Passaic and Middlesex-Somerset-Hunterdon.

Clients come to Mr. Waltman for representation after sustaining serious injuries in accidents involving cars, trucks, motorcycles, bicycles, dangerous property conditions, defective products and construction. He takes cases concerning the areas of personal injury, catastrophic injury, wrongful death and workers' compensation claims.

After graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Monmouth University, Mr. Waltman attended Seton Hall University School of Law to earn his Juris Doctor degree. While a student there, he interned for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) as well as for a New Jersey Superior Court judge.

Mr. Waltman belongs to a number of professional organizations and associations that provide him with connections, continuing education and opportunities to make contributions to the legal community. These include the American Bar Association, the Middlesex County Bar Association, the Essex County Bar Association and the New Jersey Association for Justice.
