Through offering advice and advocating for people during some of their most difficult moments, Mr. D’Aniello has successfully reached solutions in cases involving child support, litigation, arbitration, parenting time, prenuptial agreements and domestic violence.

    Well-respected throughout the legal community, Mr. D’Aniello uses his experience as a former prosecutor and investigator when researching and litigating cases. He is trained in collaborative law and serves as a court-appointed mediator. In fact, he is one of the few people across the state permitted to mediate situations involving certain aspects of domestic violence. The Supreme Court of New Jersey has certified him as a matrimonial law attorney.

    In addition to counseling clients, Mr. D’Aniello is a published author and frequent guest speaker. He is active with legal organizations, including the New Jersey Association for Justice, the New Jersey Collaborative Law Group, the American Bar Association, the New Jersey Divorce Arbitrators Association, the Morris County Bar Association and the Somerset County Bar Association. Additionally, he is a fellow with the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and he is PRESIDENT of the NJ Ch or the American Academy of Matrimonial Attorneys 2018-2019,
