Alan L. Schwalbe

Mr. Schwalbe has been practicing workers' compensation, personal injury litigation and Social Security disability claims for four decades. Mr. Schwalbe is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Workers' Compensation Attorney, a distinction applying to only a small percentage of attorneys state-wide.  He currently serves as the Co-Chair of the Workers' Compensation Committee of the Camden County Bar Association and has frequently written and lectured on the subject of Workers' Compensatiopn Law.  He  has represented thousands of petitioners before the New Jersey Division of Worker's Compensation and in the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. He is the subject of a biography published in Who's Who in American Law.  He was just honored with the highest possible rating - AV Preeminent by Martindale - Hubbel and was named a South Jersey "Top Attorney" in workers' compensation. Most recently, the American Institute of Legal Counsel recognized Mr. Schwalbe asa "10 Best Workers Compensation Attorney-New Jersey" in 2017
