Mr. Towers earned a bachelor’s degree from Fairfield University in 1992 before obtaining his Juris Doctor from Widener University Law School in 1996. He was admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania in 1996 and is also admitted before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
