Joel R. Spivack

Joel R. Spivack is the founder of the Law Office of Joel R. Spivack in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. He represents individuals and businesses in legal matters involving financial challenges, property development and real estate transactions. Through his practice, Mr. Spivack assists clients in navigating complex legal requirements, evaluating available options and addressing matters that affect their financial interests and property rights.

Mr. Spivack’s practice encompasses personal and business bankruptcy, land use and zoning, and mortgage and refinance matters. Mr. Spivack earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland in 1986. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 1989. His legal education established the foundation for his practice and subsequent work across several areas of law.

Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania in 1990 and New Jersey in 1994, Mr. Spivack is also authorized to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey. In addition, he is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States. These admissions reflect the scope of his professional qualifications across state and federal jurisdictions.
