I grew up in a blue-collar family. Work ethic wasn't a philosophy in our house; it was a way of life. I learned very early on that nothing in life would be handed to me. I had to outwork the competition.

That’s still how I practice law.

I’m a trial lawyer. Every case that we take at Quinn Law Group | Accident & Injury Attorneys is prepared for trial, because that’s what moves an insurance company. Plenty of personal injury firms settle everything and never see a jury. We built ours to do the opposite.

My clients are the construction worker who leaves the house at 4 am. The Uber driver working a second job. The daycare worker raising her kids on her own. Good people who got seriously hurt because someone else cut a corner, and who now find themselves up against corporations and insurers with unlimited resources. They’re my people. My job is to make it a fair fight.

Over 25 years, I’ve recovered more than $100 million for injured clients and grieving families across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. We handle construction and industrial accidents, trucking crashes, Uber and Lyft cases, wrongful death, premises liability, and medical malpractice, with offices from Pittsburgh to Hoboken.

The recognition has followed the work. I’ve been named a Pennsylvania and New Jersey Super Lawyer for 17 consecutive years, including multiple Top 100 lists, and selected for Best Lawyers in America in 2026 and 2027. Away from the office, the order is simple: dad, husband, coach, trial lawyer. Nearly a decade coaching travel baseball taught me as much about preparation and accountability as any courtroom. Our team shows up where we live too, from our annual turkey drive to monthly volunteer days across Philadelphia and South Jersey.
