Peter G. Aziz

Attorney Peter G. Aziz is the founder of the Law Offices of Peter G. Aziz, located in Clifton, New Jersey. Serving clients throughout Passaic, Bergen. Essex counties and the surrounding areas, Mr. Aziz devotes his practice to delivering the highest level of representation possible to those facing serious criminal charges, to those dealing with a medical malpractice or personal injury issue. He also offers exceptional counsel and support in all areas of real estate law and transactions. 

A highly effective trial attorney, he has defended the rights and liberties of numerous clients in both state and federal courts on charges ranging from relatively minor traffic violations to more serious offenses, such as DUI/DWI and drug violations.

While in law school, he completed an internship with the Major Narcotics Investigation Bureau for the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office. There he gained invaluable insight into the inner workings of the criminal justice system, enabling him to devise the most effective defense strategies possible for those he serves.

A graduate of Montclair State University, Mr. Aziz began his legal practice after obtaining his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law and his license to practice from the New Jersey State Bar Association in 2013. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

He is a member of the American Bar Association and remains an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Recognized for his service and professionalism, and he is lead counsel certified. The firm has offices in Clifton, Hackensack, Montclair, South Rye and Port Chester.
