Board-certified as a civil trial attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey, Mr. Fonseca takes great pride in representing victims with the utmost care and compassion since he knows the agony, suffering and loss that can arise from such incidents. Mr. Fonseca grew up in Passaic County and is a lifelong resident of the Garden State. He completed his undergraduate studies in history and political science at Rutgers University in 2003 and his legal education at Albany Law School in 2006. After finishing law school, he worked as a legal clerk for a year in the Criminal Division of the Passaic County Superior Court for the Honorable Nestor F. Guzman.
