Caitlin Toker is an efficacious and voracious attorney who takes on the burdens of her clients’ family law issues from divorce, child custody, visitation, alimony, property division and domestic violence to same-sex divorce, pre- and postnuptial agreements and post-judgement modifications. From Keith Family Law in Westfield, New Jersey, her clientele spans across North and Central New Jersey.
A fierce advocate for her clients, Ms. Toker knows when to take their case to court and when to settle. She understands the enormous emotional strain her clients must be handling in life with an ominous legal issue hanging over their head. Her decadelong experience gives her considerable insight to how New Jersey family law courts operate and what to look out for to maximize the benefits.
After completing her undergraduate studies from Drexel University in 2007 – graduating with her Bachelor of Science degree – Ms. Toker enrolled in the Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and received her Juris Doctor in 2010. The same year, she obtained her license to practice in New Jersey, and later, in New York.
Outside her law practice, Ms. Toker takes great pride in being actively involved within the legal community to inspire innovations in her field that helps keep the quality of service consistent and effective. For her efforts, she was named to the 2020 Best Lawyers for Families list by New Jersey Family and holds a “Very Good” rating on Avvo, along with positive client testimonials.
