For over half a century, Edwin R. Rubin has been the go-to attorney for all things immigration. A 1965 B.A. graduate of Pennsylvania State University, Mr. Rubin attended law school at Villanova University and graduated in 1968. He served four years in the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General Corps, concluding his active service as a military judge. He is licensed to practice in New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd and 3rd Circuits, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

A prestigious member of his community and the nationally recognized expert, he has served the 17,000 member American Immigration Lawyers Association in several roles including as its National President, Board of Governors member and chair of its New Jersey and Philadelphia Chapters.  Mr. Rubin is the former Immigration Committee Chair of the Essex County Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association. He was a part of the Board of Trustees of the New Jersey Immigration Policy Network and the American Immigration Law Foundation (now American Immigration Council).  

Mr. Rubin has functioned as a presenter and lecturer at well over one hundred continuing legal education seminars on immigration law. He has also authored and co-authored many articles on topics related to his field.  He was the co-editor of the American Immigration Lawyers Association two volume annual immigration conference handbooks for 6 years in the mid-1980s.

Most importantly, Mr. Rubin directly and continuously manages every aspect of each client matter from initial consultation to conclusion.
