Beth C. Rogers

Attorney Beth C. Rogers is committed to fighting against discrimination, harassment and retaliation in the workplace. Ms. Rogers serves as a partner and the principal attorney at the law firm Rogers & Jung, LLC, in East Hanover, with an experience of about 25 years. Focusing her practice in northern and Central New Jersey, she represents a diverse group of clients who are facing issues in their professional space.

Committed to her work, Ms. Rogers provides each client with comprehensive and personalized solutions to meet their individual needs and goals, and is rated “Good” on Avvo. She handles cases on a wide variety of issues ranging from whistleblowing and breach of contract to disability accommodation affairs and wrongful termination. 

Ms. Rogers graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1992 with a bachelor’s degree in philosophy. In 1995, she received her law degree from Rutgers Law School. During this time, she was a law clerk for the Honorable Judge John C. Lifland. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and to appear before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit. 

Before founding her firm in 2005, Ms. Rogers served as a deputy attorney general in the employment litigation and counseling section for the state of New Jersey. She was given the honor to represent the New Jersey judiciary on all its cases related to employment law. 

Ms. Rogers has also worked as an adjunct professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University for many years. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section, the New Jersey Association for Justice, and the National Employment Lawyers Association of New Jersey.
