Vincent G. Macri

Vincent G. Macri is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation.  He focuses his practice on asset protection and preservation, Medicaid planning, trusts, estates, and guardianship.   Vincent is dedicated to helping individuals and families better understand the complex and long-term care planning issues affecting older adults, empowering them to make informed decisions and plan confidently for the future.  

Vincent received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University in 2008 and his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School in 2016. He served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Philip J. Maenza, J.S.C., in the Civil and Family Divisions in Morris County, and participated in extensive mediation as a mediator in both civil and family matters. Vincent is admitted to the New Jersey Bar, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the Morris County Bar Association. 

Vincent has been selected to the New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for the years 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026, and 2027.  His legal skill is further underscored by an "Excellent" rating on Avvo.  Vincent has also been honored to speak before numerous community organizations and audiences throughout New Jersey, providing insightful, informative presentations on a wide range of Elder Law matters.  

Prior to his legal career, Vincent worked as a Producer at WOR Radio 710AM on the internationally syndicated Dr. Joy Browne Show, the Steve Malzberg Show, and the Saturday Morning Show with Joe Bartlett. During his tenure at WOR, Vincent also had the pleasure of working with radio legends Bob Grant, John Gambling, Joan Hamburg, and Joey Reynolds. While Vincent enjoyed being of service to listeners with their issues on the national airwaves alongside Dr. Joy Browne, he is pleased to now counsel individuals in person with navigating the legal landscape.
