Albertina Webb

Albertina Webb, a distinguished partner at Sarno Da Costa D'Aniello, Maceri Webb’s Family Law practice group, operates out of several New Jersey locations, including Roseland, Bridgewater, Hackensack, Morristown and Eatontown. Her legal journey is deeply rooted in family law, navigating cases related to divorce, custody, support, post-judgment modifications and domestic violence from start to finish, employing mediation, arbitration or trial to reach resolutions.

In addition to her extensive work in family law, Ms. Webb is involved in the enforcement or modification of marital agreements, alimony and child support. She skillfully handles post-judgment modifications and prenuptial agreements, often engaging in litigation to enforce or challenge these agreements. She also takes on the role of mediator in family law matters, whether appointed by the court or chosen by the parties involved, and acts as a guardian ad litem for children and individuals unable to represent themselves.

Ms. Webb's academic journey began with a degree in criminal studies from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, followed by law school at New York Law School, where she earned her juris doctor in 1997. She was admitted to practice in New Jersey in 1998 and holds a license to practice in New York, focusing on family law and litigation. Her legal reach extends to the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
