Peter C. LaGreca

Peter C. LaGreca serves as the principal attorney at the Law Offices of Peter C. LaGreca LLC in Fairfield, New Jersey. With a dedicated focus on serving clients in Northern New Jersey, he offers comprehensive legal proficiency in diverse areas including civil litigation for both individuals and businesses (both plaintiff and defense) as well as criminal defense.

Mr. LaGreca’s practice extends through a wide range of civil cases including personal injury and other types of negligence, assault, breach of contract, employment discrimination and retaliation, as well as defense of motor vehicle violations, DWIs, disorderly persons, and indictable crimes. 

In pursuit of his legal education, Mr. LaGreca completed his Juris Doctor degree at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where he demonstrated academic excellence by earning a coveted position on the Pace International Law Review. Recognizing his commitment to pro bono service, he was honored with the Pro Bono Justice Service Award for Extraordinary Service.  He has been admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey, State of New York, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey since 2014.

Preceding his legal studies, Mr. LaGreca achieved academic distinction at Montclair State University, where he graduated summa cum laude. His dual major in jurisprudence and philosophy laid a solid foundation for his subsequent legal pursuits. In conjunction with his role at the Law Offices of Peter C. LaGreca LLC, he also holds positions as of counsel at two distinguished law firms in New Jersey.
