Jon W. Green is an attorney and partner at Green Savits LLC in Florham Park, New Jersey. He practices employment law in northern and Central New Jersey and New York and is well-experienced in handling matters involving civil rights, discrimination, employee privacy, whistleblower claims, employment contracts, family and medical leave, harassment, hostile work environment, restrictive covenants, severance pay, discharge and other employment and labor-related issues.
After earning his bachelor’s degree cum laude from Claremont McKenna College, Mr. Green obtained his law degree from the Yeshiva University Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1979.
Board-certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a civil trial attorney, Mr. Green has represented numerous clients before state and federal trial and appellate courts in New Jersey and New York.
Mr. Green’s extensive litigation experience and knowledge have proven useful in many landmark cases in the realm of employment law. He has tried numerous cases in courts and has fought viciously and obtained favorable verdicts in cases against several multinational companies. Extending his service to professional organizations outside of his practice, Mr. Green is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and has served on various groups and committees within the organization.
