Samantha Varsalona

Sam is a commercial litigator who represents clients in complex, high-stakes disputes in state and federal courts nationwide, as well as in arbitration and mediation. Sam maintains a broad litigation practice spanning a variety of industries and substantive areas, including complex commercial and business disputes, construction and real estate litigation, antitrust matters, shareholder and partnership disputes, bankruptcy-related litigation, and FINRA investigations and enforcement matters.

Sam has significant experience representing owners and developers in complex, multiparty construction litigation, as well as businesses and individuals in disputes involving contractual rights and obligations, business ownership, fiduciary duties, and restrictive covenants. Sam is actively involved in all phases of litigation, from developing case strategy and managing complex discovery and eDiscovery to substantive motion practice, witness preparation, trial preparation, mediation, and arbitration.

Before joining the firm, Sam served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jack M. Sabatino, P.J.A.D., of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.
