Ms. Harvey received her Bachelor of Arts in philosophy, history and political science from Douglass College in 2000. Before attending law school, she was a contract specialist for the United States Navy. She earned her Juris Doctor in 2004 from Rutgers University. While at Rutgers, she was the editor-in-chief of the Women's Rights Law Reporter, president and secretary of the Student Bar Association, and Lieutenant Governor, Third Circuit, of the American Bar Association Law Student Division.
Following law school, Ms. Harvey served as a law clerk to the Honorable Dorothea O’C. Wefing, presiding judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. In 2005 she became an associate attorney at Sterns & Weinroth, P.C. She joined Lomurro Law in 2010.
Ms. Harvey is licensed to practice law before the state courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. In 2009 she earned the Service to the Bar Award by the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA). In 2013, she received the Professional Achievement Award by the NJSBA, and in 2015, she was awarded Outstanding Young Attorney of the Year by NJSBA. She was also awarded Star of the Quarter three times by the American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division.
