Eric H. Lubin

As a business litigation attorney at Lomurro Munson LLC, Eric H. Lubin focuses his career on personal injury, criminal defense and employment litigation. He represents clients in the Freehold area and across New Jersey and has been centrally involved in a variety of civil cases that have achieved six-, seven- and eight-figure settlements. 

Mr. Lubin received his Bachelor of Science in psychology and economics from the University of Pittsburgh in 2004. He earned his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware in 2007. Following law school, he became a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Albert J. Garofolo of the Superior Court of New Jersey.

In 2008 Mr. Lubin became a litigation attorney at Jacobs and Barbone, which was based in Atlantic City but represented clients throughout the entire state of New Jersey. In 2014 he became an associate attorney at Lomurro Munson LLC. He has tried multiple jury trials on the state and federal level in cases ranging from corporate to personal injury, contract, employment and criminal law. He serves as an advisor in business matters such as contracts, employment issues and ownership disputes. He also represents clients regarding estate disputes, and is the trustee of multiple inter vivos trusts.

Mr. Lubin teaches CLE classes and provides mandatory employment practices training for other professions. He also previously served as the Freehold Municipal Public Defender as well as a pro bono attorney for the Family Division of the Superior Court. He holds an "Excellent" rating through Avvo and is an active big brother in the Big Brother Big Sisters program.
