Frances A. Tomes

The founder of her  law firm, Frances A. Tomes divides her practice among  tax resolution and audits, business growth, consumer bankruptcy and estate planning,. Located in Freehold, New Jersey, she provides representation to clients throughout the State.. Admitted to practice in both New Jersey and New York, Ms. Tomes is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit. She is a 1986 recipient of a Juris Doctor cum laude from New York Law School.

In her business practice, Ms. Tomes assists prospective entrepreneurs with respect to the most advantageous type of legal entity for their new ventures. Once the business has been formed, she helps them with regulatory compliance, prepares employment agreements and other contracts, and advises them on employment law matters.
