Frank J. LaRocca

Attorney Frank J. LaRocca leads the family law practice at the law firm of LaRocca Hornik Rosen Greenberg & Crupi, LLC in Freehold, New Jersey. Certified as a matrimonial attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey Board on Attorney Certification, Mr. LaRocca handles a variety of family law matters, including divorce, alimony, adoption and child custody disputes. On occasion, he also handles cases involving personal injury, bankruptcy,* estate planning and DUI defense.

In his decades of practice, Mr. LaRocca has often used alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation and arbitration to settle family law disputes, but also has extensive experience litigating complex divorce disputes in court, including a number of cases heard on appeal.

A graduate of William Paterson University in Wayne, New Jersey, Mr. LaRocca earned his law degree from Pace Law School at Pace University in White Plains, New York. He is admitted to practice in all New Jersey state courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.

In addition to his law practice, Mr. LaRocca has been an active member of several professional organizations, including the Bergen County Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Monmouth Bar Association and the American Association for Justice. He has also been a member of the New Jersey Courts' Office of Attorney Ethics.

His achievements and experience have earned Mr. LaRocca a number of awards, honors and recognition from his profession. He has earned the rating of BV Distinguished* from the attorney peer-review service Martindale-Hubbell, and he is a highly sought-after speaker at professional events.
