Matthew A. Schiappa

Matthew A. Schiappa is Certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney, who focuses his practice on representing plaintiffs in personal injury, medical malpractice and product defect actions as well as petitioners in workers compensation matters.  Mr. Schiappa is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctorate and graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics as well as a Masters in Economics.  He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey , New York and Pennsylvania.  Mr. Schiappa is also admitted to and has appeared in the Federal District Courts for the District of New Jersey, the Southern District of New York, and the Eastern District of New York as well as appeared in and successfully argued cases before the Second Circuit and Third Circuit Court of Appeals.  Mr. Schiappa is a member of several professional associations including the New Jersey Association for Justice, Trial Attorneys of New Jersey, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Monmouth Bar Association and the Middlesex County Bar Association.
