Robert H. Siegel is the owner and founder of Siegel Law, based in Freehold, New Jersey, where he represents clients in a wide array of family law matters. His practice focuses on divorce, prenuptial agreements, parenting time agreements, custody disputes, equitable distribution, alimony modification, child support modification and emancipation, domestic violence matters, grandparent custody and visitation, interstate child support issues, relocation matters, wills and trusts, and other family law-related disputes.
Mr. Siegel works with individuals and families navigating complex legal and personal challenges. He provides guidance throughout every stage of the legal process, whether negotiating settlements, participating in mediation or advocating for clients in litigation. His practice is centered on helping clients protect their rights and pursue practical solutions tailored to their unique circumstances.
Throughout his legal career, Mr. Siegel has handled various family law matters involving financial, parental and property-related issues. He assists clients with custody and parenting disputes, support modifications, marital property division and domestic violence proceedings. He also counsels clients on prenuptial agreements and estate planning matters, including wills and trusts, helping them prepare for both immediate and long-term legal needs.
Before entering private practice, Mr. Siegel served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Ann R. Bartlett, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey in Hunterdon County. The clerkship provided him with valuable insight into the judicial process and the resolution of family law disputes.
Mr. Siegel earned his bachelor’s degree from Brandeis University before obtaining his Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2008. He later earned a Master of Laws in taxation from Boston University School of Law. He was admitted to practice law in New Jersey in 2008 and continues to represent clients throughout the state in a wide range of family law matters.
