Scott D. Grossman

Scott D. Grossman is a zealous personal injury lawyer advocating for the rights of those affected across New Jersey. He is the founding partner of The Grossman Law Firm, LLC, and has over 25 years of legal experience. Majoring in criminal justice, Mr. Grossman completed his B.A. at the University of Maryland in 1989. Soon after, he functioned as a New Jersey State Probation Officer in Adult Criminal Supervision for about four years and then completed a course on paralegal studies at Fairleigh Dickinson University. He pursued his Master of Arts in political science at Rutgers University and graduated magna cum laude in 1994.

In 1997, Mr. Grossman received his Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University, where he was granted the honor of Best Oralist in the Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Contest as well as the American Jurisprudence Award. He was first licensed to practice law in New Jersey in 1997 and is also admitted to the United States Court of Military Appeals, the United States Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit, the New Jersey Superior Court – Appellate Division and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Well esteemed, Mr. Grossman has obtained numerous awards and commendations from a multitude of professional organizations. He was offered membership in the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and listed in the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by The National Trial Lawyers. Furthermore, he has been rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau, and one of his verdicts was featured among the Top 100 Verdicts by TopVerdict.com.

A long-serving member of the New Jersey Association for Justice, Mr. Grossman is a former member of the board of governors of the organization. He is also an active part of the American Association for Justice, the Brain Injury Alliance of New Jersey and the New Jersey State Bar Association. Moreover, he volunteers as a pro bono advocate with the Legal Services of New Jersey (LSNJ).
