Michael B. Fusco

Michael B. Fusco is a New Jersey personal injury attorney and the founder of Fusco Law. He takes direct responsibility for the matters his firm accepts and has obtained more than $75 million in gross recoveries in cases in which he served as lead counsel of record.

Mr. Fusco graduated with honors from Lehigh University, where he triple-majored in Literature, History, and Journalism. He earned his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law and interned for three judges, including the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of New Jersey.

At age 32, Mr. Fusco became certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. He has represented injured people in each of New Jersey’s 21 counties in matters involving motor vehicle collisions, unsafe property conditions, workplace and construction incidents, defective products, and other serious injuries. He also has experience addressing emerging issues involving rideshare services, e-bikes, delivery platforms, and gig-economy workers.

Mr. Fusco’s professional recognition includes being named a 2025 NJBIZ Leader in Law and membership in the National Trial Lawyers Top 100. He is a past president of the Middlesex County Trial Lawyers Association and has helped the association raise more than $30,000 for charitable causes. He also speaks with students about the legal profession, appears as a legal commentator on New Jersey 101.5 FM, and publishes “Mike Explains,” a resource addressing common New Jersey personal injury questions.
