The head of the trial practice at Britcher Leone & Roth, LLC, located in Glen Rock, New Jersey, E. Drew Britcher has spent nearly 30 years practicing personal injury law. Focusing his practice exclusively on litigation, he represents plaintiffs throughout northern and central New Jersey in medical malpractice, product liability and other personal injury matters.

After graduating from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts, Mr. Britcher attended New York Law School, where he was admitted to the Order of Barristers and named to the international legal honor society Phi Delta Phi before receiving his Juris Doctor in 1984. Admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and is certified as a civil trial attorney by the Board on Attorney Certification of the Supreme Court of New Jersey.

Recognized for his superior track record, Mr. Britcher has received numerous honors from his peers, including the Distinguished Service Award from the American Association for Justice and an AV Preeminent* rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Freely sharing his knowledge and experience with others, he has published multiple articles on subjects relating to his practice area and gives frequent presentations pertaining to medical malpractice and trial practice. Mr. Britcher also serves as an adjunct professor at Seton Hall University School of Law, where he teaches courses in medical malpractice law and litigation.

To stay up to date with the latest developments in his practice areas, Mr. Britcher continues to be an active participant in several professional organizations. He has served in various executive capacities in the New Jersey Association for Justice and the Bergen County Bar Association, and he is also a member of the American Association for Justice, the American Bar Association, the New Jersey and New York state bar associations and the Morris County Bar Association.
