Joseph V. Maceri

Joseph V. Maceri is a family law attorney and a partner at Snyder Sarno D’Aniello Maceri & da Costa LLC in Hackensack, New Jersey. Mr. Maceri handles divorce and many other types of family law concerns, serving clients in Hackensack and the surrounding communities, as well as throughout Bergen County and northern New Jersey.

Mr. Maceri has over 15 years of matrimonial and family law experience. He is certified as a matrimonial attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey and is listed in “The Best Lawyers in America.” The National Trial Lawyers and NJBIZ included him on their “Top 40 Under 40” lists and The Best Lawyers in America and Lawyers of Distinction have recognized him for his valuable contributions to the legal profession.

Deeply engaged in the family law legal community, Mr. Maceri belongs to the Bergen County Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association family law committees. He serves as a barrister for the Barry Croland Family Law American Inn of Court, volunteers as a panelist for the Superior Court Early Settlement Programs in Bergen and Passaic counties and is a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice.

After receiving a bachelor’s degree in political science from William Paterson University, Mr. Maceri earned his law degree from Michigan State University College of Law. He has also studied at the University of Toronto and the University of Oxford. Before entering private practice, he clerked for a judge in the Superior Court of New Jersey Bergen Family Division. He holds a license to practice law before all New Jersey state courts.
