Mr. Jennings obtained his Bachelor of Arts from William Paterson University in 1985, followed by a Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law in 1989. He further acquired an LL.M. from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law in 2000. Early in his career, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Kevin M. O'Halloran, presiding judge in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County, Chancery Division, General Equity Part, from 1989 to 1990.
