Mr. Jennings obtained his Bachelor of Arts from William Paterson University in 1985, followed by a Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law in 1989. He further acquired an LL.M. from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law in 2000. Early in his career, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Kevin M. O'Halloran, presiding judge in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County, Chancery Division, General Equity Part, from 1989 to 1990.
A respected figure in the legal community, Mr. Jennings actively participates in the Bergen County Bar Association, the Hudson County Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers of New Jersey, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
